History Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
*Design and deliver stimulating and accessible lessons that advance academic achievement.
*Assess, track, and report on the progress of students, setting targets for improvement.
*Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and departmental strategies.
*Participate in and organize field trips and other experiential learning opportunities.
*Engage with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to enhance educational outcomes.

Requirements:
*Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd, or equivalent) in History or a related subject with QTS.
*Possess a strong academic background in History.
*Demonstrable experience in teaching History at secondary school level, with evidence of supporting excellent student outcomes.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to personal development and updating professional knowledge.
*Must be eligible to work in the UK.
