Key Responsibilities:
*
Design and deliver stimulating and accessible lessons that advance academic achievement.
*
Assess, track, and report on the progress of students, setting targets for improvement.
*
Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and departmental strategies.
*
Participate in and organize field trips and other experiential learning opportunities.
*
Engage with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to enhance educational outcomes.

Requirements:
*
Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd, or equivalent) in History or a related subject with QTS.
*
Possess a strong academic background in History.
*
Demonstrable experience in teaching History at secondary school level, with evidence of supporting excellent student outcomes.
*
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
*
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*
Commitment to personal development and updating professional knowledge.
*
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
